But I'm sure it isn't a quality cable. The Samsung HD850 isn't bad in price but I have read some good and some bad issues. LG's DVB418 doesn't have upconversion or any audio decoders. Any help before I purchase something this afternoon? |

Vinny Unregistered guest | So if one's in the market for an upconversion DVD player that includes the HDMI cable Toshiba SD5980 seems like the way to go?? I was debating between that and the Samsung myself - but from reading various posts it does seem that the Samsung isnt quite reliable and the Toshiba is a 3rd generation HDMI now from the 5960 to 5970 and now 5980 - hopefully they have the kinks resolved. If one were to forget about the included HDMI cable, which would be the best bet for an upconversion DVD player in the expert's opinion? Thanks for your suggestions |
