FOR PANSAT 2300/2500A: Parental Control and enter your password, 0000 on second pin Scroll down to Nagravision and enter Provider ID scroll right button 11 times to Dish Make sure Key Number is on 00 Move down to Key Data and enter 8A C4 96 93 EC 79 9D 57 The letter buttons are the six buttons at the bottom of you remote control. When finished press the OK Button a few times and then exit to watch TV. FOR FORTEC ULTRA: Press MENU on the remote control Then right side arrow to CHANNEL EDIT Go down to CODE, and press OK, and enter 1010 (Could also be 1668 or 1688) Then right side arrow to turn OFF, KEYCODE FUNCTION Go down to NAGRAVISION and press OK Now press the right side arrow next to the OK button 11 times until it says DISH NETWORK Go down to KEY NUMBER, change to 00 Enter the following KEY with your remote control 8A C4 96 93 EC 79 9D 57 Now press OK, Now press EXIT once Then right side arrow and enter 1668, this will turn ON, KEYCODE FUNCTION Then press EXIT twice to turn off the on screen menu and you are finished, and ready to watch TV. When viewing the satellite setup screen, the quality bar reads zero for both 110 and 119 sattelites. I have accidently messed something up. Could it be the "the provider ID #" that was altered while I was entering the new key. Does anyone know what the Provider ID # is for Dishnet? I appreciate any help I can receive. |

New member Username: HumanPost Number: 7 Registered: Mar-05 | for david when you go to channel edit you should first get password ..and that will be (1010) then you will see channel edit.. something else..then code highlite code push ok then scroll down to nagra.. push ok ..then top right make sure its on dishnetwork...then scroll down to key provider change to ( example 01 to oo) then change all the keys push ok 3 times and for saad try to pwer scan not scan.... power scan try it good luck.. |

What this means for all of you, is that you will **NO LONGER** BE ABLE TO RECEIVE CHANNELS 579-621 inclusive as well as 640-670 inclusive. Some of you may still notice that you have access to these channels, should you already be equipped with 110 and/or 119, but please note that this is a phased migration, and soon, no channels on the 61.5 satellite will be decodable with an Atmega. Users who are running a 61.5 satellite ONLY will start noticing that their IRD is not functioning correctly, up to and including turning on, and powering off at random. There is nothing that can be done at this at the present time. Please be advised that initial reports indicate that DNET is preparing to migrate ALL channels over to the new stream within an 8-month timeframe. As a result, no channels will be able to be decoded with an Atmega. Please be advised. Thanks to Raheja. |
