Magnavox MSD124 vs. Toshiba SD-310V

Which one is better, the Magnavox has Prog-Scan, but it's cheaper. The Toshiba doesn't have Prog-Scan, but it's higher priced (and maybe higher quality). Just trying to find out which is the best one for my (digital) TV.
