Sony 50" KDF with problems

My Sony has green hazy spots on the screen and the tech said it was dust on the lens. O.K. no big deal one day turn around and it's fixed...right? Well after two days at he shop, I call to find out whats going on and they tell me the cleaning is a big deal and will take a week and they have to disassemble the set and the lenses to clean. After hearing this I called Sony and told them I do not wish to have my brand new TV taken apart to be cleaned and requested a new unit be given to me. Needless to say after some hassel from the customer service blow, he put in a email to the service director with my request. I am expecting this to go nowhere and hoping someone on here has a number for me to call and speak to a higher authority at Sony.
