Phillips 51" (51pw9303) -- or RCA 52" (d52w19) ????

I've been researching rear-projection HDTV's for awhile now, but I'm not coming up with much on these two. They are each $1194 at Walmart. Which one, if any, should I look at buying? Thanks for your feedback.
