Would anyone know how to hook up my new xmas gift a dvd/cd player to my tv which has front vidio?audio. Came with white and red cables and separate yellow one. Help me please.

I HAVE A VENTURER DUAL SCREEN DVD,AND CANNOT GET A PICTURE ON THE SCREEN'S.FAULTY UNIT, OR OPERATOR MALFUNCTION?
