Looking for a DVD player recommendation

Hello,

I have a Panasonic TH-37PX25U 37 inch HDTV. I'm looking for a good DVD player with HDMI output that can play PAL DVDs on an NTSC TV as well as play all region DVDs. What do you guys think?
