I have a Samsung 46" DLP, Yamaha RXV1400 (new) and a JVC DVD player (new). I use the Dish Network and have the HDTV 811 Receiver.
Occassionally, when I am watching a HDTV program and/or watching a DVD I get a momentary pause effect condition. It lasts only for a second and then resumes normal display. It doesn't do this in normal TV mode (non HDTV) broadcasts.
I have replaced the receiver and DVD player and I still have the problem.
Someone told me there is a problem with the Samsung DLP TV's regarding a sync issue with audio not matching the actors voice, etc.
This is not what I am experiencing. Anyone ever hear of a pause issue with the Samsung DLP's?

I believe it is the broadcast HD signal not the TV.

Sorry, I meant to add that I have experienced same on HD channel, but not while DVD viewing.
