007 Unregistered guest | i just got home and could'nt wait to post this . i just left a guys house who lives about 20 min. from me and he has somehow got into the cards(p4).this i have seen with my own eyes. he has been able to open the card wide open just like a 3m. but, there is one thing , he will not tell how he has done it,as of right now, and it only stays up for around 3 weeks according to him and when he first done it it would only last for 30 min if that. he has told me that when he gets it to stick for a while longer he said he would show me how he does it,as well as what he's using ;hard/software and what commands he's using. this is not no fu#king fairy tale i have seen his card and box, it was a phillips model rec. and a p4. so i asked him if maybe we(me & him) could team up and compare some notes and trade some valuable info. dont know how valuable my info would be but i am possitive that his info is better. he said that if we team up that he wants to make for sure that this thing will stay up and what to do after it gets hit. i have got three p4's that are all ex-subbed cards and all are married to unknown receivers. he wants to try to unmarry them. this is the wildest thing i've seen. always heard of people saying they seen it. well i thought it woulb be at least a year before something culd be done. but he's done it. at least to his card anyway. he said he wanted to borrow my cards to experiment with. hell i am gonna let him do it. they aint watching tv as of now and he gets them to work. great. also i am going to take him a couple of my rec. a rca 420 and a phillips just like the one he's got. dont know how long it will take. but i will post the results of what i learn from him and i will tell you this it wont be in a couple of days. he said that is why the p5/d1 came out so quick was that the p4 cards were hackable. thats the reason for dave wanting to trade your p4 for a p5 and he also told me some things that made me think on for a while(several hrs.)and what he says about the programming the cards are not like anything we thought. the commands from dave are signed yes,but there is some info that i dont want to say because of the "onepostwonders" that are flaming people for posting a good thing. so saying that let me add this; this is to all "one postwonders":,,, if you spent more time on testing and testing different things. how the hell do you expect to do anything.,but i understand that flaming people is just a way to show how ignorant you really are and just how much you are just a waste of space. DO EVERYBODY A FAVOR, shut your pie hole and listen, YOU JUST MIGHT LEARN SOMETHING. Silver Member Username: TazspinPost Number: 173 Registered: May-04 | Oh yeah the p-400 filter is an obvious scam and so is finish 24 if that is him the full email I saw stated no volume discounts at least in there first week of preselling (hmm preselling sounds like a scam)after wich they will release it to resellers and even then the volume discount didn't apply to resellers and they state it is not a hack or a 3m though they also say they broke the code for p-4 (you have to see the second email spam) And finnaly the only thing a filter could do would be much like a no 745 board (block eos, ppv wipes, tier updates and other signals meant to write to the card it could not simulate an authorization command so the only channels you would get are the ones subscribed to and maybe 25 ppv or what ever dollar limit is set on the card because it won't wipe the ppv. |

Firstly, a group from an Indian reserve called Akwasasne situated between Canada and the United States have this up and working. The second location is the same group operating out of a reserve near Montreal called Kanasatake. When I heard this from a buddy of mine I was a little reluctant. I gave him my P5 and $125 CDN yesterday (I think he pocketed $25 from that ...oh well!!) He has just returned my card, I AM WATCHING WIDE OPEN INCLUDING ALL PPV'S AND 596. From what I hear this will go cross nation within the next few days however staying withing the Mohawk Indian reserves.(these guys will make a mint! Remember, these are the same people who are responsible for the large smuggling ops of tobaco, alcohol and even refugees!!! ...I know you guys will have all the sh*t to say about me but all I can tell you is to hook up with a buddy on one of these reserves NOW !! Now instead of trying to hack the p4 or p5 would it note be better to try and find a way to convert the direct tv receiver to a dishnet receiver. They do pretty much the same job, and I can't help but to feel it would be a process of clearing out the direct tv program and installing the dishnet program. Lets get everyone redirecting their energy here before the NFL season starts" easier said than done AppleB! it would be like converting Chevette to a Mustang unless of course you just change the body and keep the same chassis. so if you want dishnet coming out of your direct receiver just take apart the paperweight, shake all the guts out and then put the dishnet receiver inside the empty case, of course it might not fit well so you would have to dril some holes and do some cutting but eventually it would work. Now that would be some real hacking LOL, get a bigger empty case and add a dvd recorder and you now have a TIVO unit hehehehe in reality it woul be harder than cracking the P4 since the scrambling technology is altogether different so that would have to be cracked as well in which case the hell with dishnet, crack the descrambling algorthym and you have dtv back again without having to crawl on the roof and reaiming the dish  |

To get out of trouble it has costed me 3500 bucks and my old football programmer. But the good thing about it is my name is clear and I still have my quad Iso prog. And any new info. found before this date I am clear of thanks to Amnesty. So all these other sites I purchased from want affect me if raided and when a fix comes out I will use them from freeware sites. No more buying anything over the net with a card where it can be traced back to me. The site busted was Satansplayhouse and they sent letters out to everyone I know who used that site like me. They have sent out 50,000 letters already this year. So out of respect to my fellow posters please do not purchase anything with a credit card or bank card and do not use your home address if you know what is smart for you. And they also want their money from the day settled in 30 days. Like my cousin all he purchased was A no 745 bootstrap and they nailed him too. But I think he is going to fight it in court but he has a load of money to do it unlike me. Also they are using forums and chat rooms for evidence when raiding Forums. I don't know how but its true. |

Now, armed with those companies' business records, it's going after thousands of smaller fish -- including two Twin Cities men -- accused of buying the devices from those companies. In lawsuits filed this week in U.S. District Court in Minneapolis, DirecTV contends that Michael Tuft, of Cottage Grove, and Jonathan D. Brauer, of Minneapolis, bought decoding devices that unscramble DirecTV's encrypted satellite signal and resold them to others. DirecTV is the country's second-largest satellite TV provider with a base of more than 13 million customers. The lawsuits, which are part of an ongoing multistate sweep by the company, seek at least $75,000 from each man. Nationally, it has sued about 24,000 people -- including former football player O.J. Simpson, who is fighting the suit -- claiming they violated federal wiretap laws by possessing equipment that allows them to get the service without paying for it. A provision of the wiretap law allows DirecTV to recover $10,000 per device from each defendant if it wins its case. The lawsuits filed in Minneapolis allege that between January 2000 and August 2002, Tuft bought about six of the signal decoders, while Brauer bought about nine. Neither Brauer nor Tuft could be reached for comment Thursday. Robert Mercer, director of public relations for DirecTV, said the civil suits are another phase in the company's crackdown on "signal thieves." "We first targeted the code writers who developed the technology that decoded our signal. Then we went after the manufacturers and distributors who sold the technology. Now, during the past two years, we have been going after the smaller fish -- the users who were buying the devices," he said. "We had to address demand as well as supply. After getting business records through civil raids that shut down piracy distribution Web sites and warehouses, DirecTV used the information to send letters to about 100,000 people warning them to stop using the signal decoders and pay for the service or be sued. Many people have complied with the request. The 24,000 who have been sued did not, Mercer said. Lawsuits have been filed in just about every state, including Illinois, Kentucky, California, Florida and now Minnesota. Of the 21 cases that have gone to trial, DirecTV has lost three, Mercer said, adding that a large number have been settled out of court. "We haven't quantified how much (signal theft) is costing us. It's a very difficult figure to calculate. You'd have to know how many people are actually stealing the signal and how much TV they are watching," Mercer said.
