Onkyo Vs. Bose (Yes I've heard the arguments about Bose)

Currently have an older (5 years +) Onkyo 5.1 channel receiver. Front speakers are actually Onkyos, (which I've been meaning to replace, just never got around to it) center is Bose VCS 10 speaker, Polk sub-woofer and PSB rear speakers. I just won through my company the Bose Lifestyle 28 series system. Thoughts on whether or not to replace the Onkyo with the Bose? Really torn.
