?'s about Coax/Cable to RCA audio (TV to Stereo)

I'm trying to send the audio signal from the coax/cable to my rca inputs on my stereo...
I have an rf adaptor and all I can do is add a signal to the coax/cable...

What type of convertor/adaptor do I need?
