Im a college student looking for a home theatre system for my room. I just picked up a Yamaha Rx-V550 reciever and was looking for a good speaker system to go with it. Like a lot fo people, i think the bose systems are overpriced and u can get way better quality for less. Ive looked at the Klipsch quintet and synergy speakers and they preformed well. a friend of mine also suggested something from jbl. Im on a budget, and would like to spend between 500-1000. Anyone have suggestions or tried any of the products i mentioned? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks alot
