Below is what I have: Denon AVR 1912 Front: Klipsch KF-28 Center: Klipsch KC-25 Rear: Klipsch KS-14 Sub: Klipsch SW-450
My surround sound system is set up in my upstairs room which is about 20x26. Occasionally, the sound comes across distorted like it is going through a fan before I hear it. It also happens more often when I sit in certain places in the room. I have 2 questions:
1. Could the positioning of my speakers cause the distortion? 2. There is a cut out in the wall to my back over looking the downstairs. The cut out is about 10 x 10. Can a big hole in the wall cause distortion? the surround faces it directly for the most part.
I am new to this so let me know if you need any more info. Thanks in advance!
