During recent electrical work on my home, the power was shut off to the wall outlet into which my Bose 321 GS was connected. When the power was turned on, the Bose screen displayed "Bose 1 2 3", but the unit does not respond to any of the set-top controls, incuding on/off or to the remote.
Unplugging the power to the acoustimass unit and the acoustimass unit from box and then reconnecting has no effect.
One of the few positive things I will say about Bose is that they seem to have good customer service. Contact them. They'll most likely have you send the unit in to them. It won't be cheap, but they will fix it.
