My living room is pretty small, ~12'X 12' I'm planning to buy a Onkyo TX-SR701 A/V receiver. I'm new to this world, will appreciate a lot if some one give me some suggestion about how to choose speakers (how to match impedance, power, etc.) and which brands are good.
Another question is how do you compare TX-SR701 and TX-SR601. 601 only has one pre-out for subwoofer but 701 has it for all the channels. Is it important that there's pre-out for each channel?
