One thing I worry about is not having enough input/outputs since many reviews of budget HTIBs say they lack inputs/outputs. How many inputs/outputs will I need to connect with an HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD, and X Box? What are the best types of connections? |

As you say, most cheap HTiBs don't have that many. A better situation would be to have a real audio/video receiver (AVR) so that it could act as the "hub" of your system. That's why I like the Onkyos. Check this out for $420. http://www.vanns.com/shop/servlet/item/details/502499668 And to think they charge $4000 for this. http://www.vanns.com/shop/servlet/item/features/501999861 |
