You may wish to check out subs at www.hsuresearch.com and www.av123.com generally better than either Polk or Velodyne |

I use the Polk in my HT setup (I actually run two of them), and I use the Velodyne in my 2-channel setup. The sensitivity on the Velodyne is very low. I had to crank up the volume on the sub to full to get a satisfying level of bass. That being said, the Velodyne is tight, fast sub. |
