DuraBrand DVD HT sound question

Durabrand DVD Home theater system

I admittedly got a cheaper brand but got a question. I have noticved that the voice is much quieter than the soundtrack. I have messed with the individual speaker levels but doesn't seem to make the difference. Any ideas?
