I have just purchased a pioneer vsx1016v receiver and a dream sw300 powered 300 watt subwoofer..plus speakers stands etc. for a full 7.1 system.
I have some questions regarding the connection between receiver and subby.
The receiver end is a single plug like a component or composite. The subby end is speaker banana type terminals.
I wish to use a monster subwoofer cable but they seem to have plugs on both ends. Can i buy a cable that has plug on one end and banana plugs on the other?
Also, the subby has left and right in but the receiver has only one input. how do i connect to the subby?
