I have a Sony Bravia KDL46V2000 with built in digital tuner and an LG LH-RH9691 HDD/DVD recorder with surround sound system.
Should I be able to output from the TV and record a digital signal on HDD/DVD? Currently, I can only record from analogue channels.
Should I be able to hear surround sound from digital TV on the LG system? At the moment, I can only hear surround sound from DVDs.
