New member Username: Pga71Post Number: 1 Registered: Jun-06 | I went through all the messagas, one was close to my question, but no answers. So here goes. My reciever has "1" digital audio coax input. I want to feed two units to it w/o always unplugging my DVD Plyr or Cable Box. 1)Is there an A B switch or selector that handles this? I have not found one anywhere including radio shack and on-line. 2)If one does not exist, can I use one that has composite and jusy use that? or will the 5.1 not be passed this way? 3)Are the RCA plugs any different for other inputs as well such as composite, component video, right, left ect.? Thanks |

New member Username: Pga71Post Number: 4 Registered: Jun-06 | Casey, my reciever is a Bose Life Style 12, with only one digital coax input, no optical. Don't want to upgrade yet since just bought the Plasma this week. My TV is the 5060HD Pioneer 50" Plasma. My cable box has both outputs. |

I may have to bite the bullet for the $200, because I have not seen anything cheaper or anything close to this. Actually for this price, I may just buy a cheap reciever to split the 5.1 into my Bose. |
