I will run a Pioneer D914K to two JBL E90's. Question is, for my surround sound should I go with purchasing individual speakers such as JBL, or just purchase one of those JBL speaker package in a box? OR, should I go with some other speaker / speaker package in a box? PLEASE HELP!!!
what is your budget? have you listened to any speakers at all?

I've listened to some Polk Audio, Sony, Klipsch, and Bose. I did like the Polk Audio though. My budget for the speakers is upwards of about $600, and more given I can purchase them over time.

You need to go somewhere else besides Best Buy, Circuit City, Tweeter and Walmart. Got a Sony TV too?
I mean really!

That, or you could just spend some time researching and reading reviews online, maybe even purchase online. It's good to actually see and hear the components in your local stores, be they national chains or mom&pop stores, but use all of your resources to get the best prices.
