50 Watt Speakers on 75 Watt Receiver

I have a 75 Watt per channel receiver. I'm wondering If it is possible for me to use 50 Watt continuous / 200 Watt peak speakers for the center and surround speakers. Will this blow out the speakers? It's a little more expensive to get the 75 watt speakers and I'm on a tight budget. Any help is greatly appreciated.
