Our designer suggested the location of the front & center speakers in the picture because she thought it would look the best. Is that too high? Would it be better to place the speakers a little further down so that they line up with the plasma? Our fireplace is not centered on the wall and since we plan to hang the plasma above the fireplace the plasma won't be centered either. The center speaker is placed about 1 foot to the right of the plasma. Is that the correct placement for it or should it be located directly above or directly under the plasma? Thanks! Craig |

The speakers could be a little lower, but all in all you should have experience too much loss from it. The only real downside is the plasma is slightly off center from the sound, depending on how far your seating position is from the speakers, the distraction level of having the voices seem to come from the right of the person speaking should be low to moderate. Try to center your seating area on your center speaker. If possible have the center angle down to point at the listener. |
