Alright kids, I've seen a lot of good feedback to a lot of posts so I come asking for help & advice. I have a panasonic hdtv, I have Tivo, I have the digital cable box for hdtv, I realize I can't use hdtv and a normal tivo box. I have xbox, dvd player and a/v receiver. I haven't set it up yet cause I want to make sure I dont mess this up. I plan on setting it up like this...Split the cable from the wall, one going directly to the tivo & connecting component cables + svideo to my video 2 input on my receiver. The other cable will go into my digital cable in, then a digital cable out to my hdtv. I'm guessing from there I connect composite cables from the digital cable box to the back of the hdtv? or is that not necessary?. then xbox svideo/audio to receiver. dvd dvi to the back of the tv and audio to the receiver. svideo out from the receiver to an svideo in on the tv. Am I doomed or can I actually pull all of this off?
