New member Username: OkiecaverPost Number: 4 Registered: 02-2004 | I was leaning towards Fluance when I read in the White Van Speaker Scam thread that they were made by the same folk who make the TRs. Then I saw the HTD's mentioned here and researched them too. The HTDs look like a better long term investment, plus I can drive down to Allen, audition them and buy them right there, saving on shipping. Has anyone here purchased Fluance? How do they sound and stand up to use? Thanks in Advance Brock |

They are built better and the workmanship is great. however I have also auditioned the HTD level 2 and 3 and I think they are a much better buy than Fluance. cheers |

Aniston Unregistered guest | I have 2 pairs of the Fluance SV10 speakers and they are amazing. I have not heard HTD but these SV10's sound better than the Infinity and Energy speakers I have owned in the past. They are built great and the tweeters are very natural sounding. I bought them direct from www.Fluance.com and am pretty sure they have nothing to do with van speakers. I could actually call and talk with them too and they were real professional. Just my 2 cents worth! Ciao |
