Posted on Hello everybody..
I'm a total newbie in setting up home theatre system.
I have a Sony DVD Player, Sony HDTV 51", Sony Home theatre system, Hitachi VCR, and satellite dish.
How can I set up everthing so that everthing works together on my sony home theatre system. plus my tv speakers.
If somebody can provide me a step by step instructions.. I would really appreciate.

I'm a noob here too so if something geoes wrong dont yell at me
First, buy a fiber optic digital cable and attach it from the digital out on your DVD player to the Digital In on the reciver
Second for the HDTV and the VCR take attach a wire from the LINE OUT (audio only) and attach it to the reciever
For the dish i dont know wat to tell you
