lazarus2297 Unregistered guest | I have just purchased the Onkyo HTS-770 and the speaker wire that came with it is rather small. 22gauge if I am correct. Would replacing the speaker wire with thicker wire say 16gauge wire really make that much of a discernable difference also I will have to buy a new sub cable to put the sub where i want it. Would going with something expensive make a difference there also? |

However, a good 14 gauge speaker cable should serve you well. Just make sure that it is good quality speaker cable, and get something that is reasonably priced. and read up on this http://www.audioholics.com/techtips/audioprinciples/cables.htm cheers |
