Comparing Onkyo HT240 with Polk RM6700

I want to buy a speaker system to go with Onkyo 502. Any suggestions which of the two is better - Onkyo HT 240 (with its drop dead gorgeous looks priced at $350) or Polk RM 6700.
How do the two subwoofers (packaged with the above)compare
