I have seen Celestion center channels and subwoofers in a nice package for a nice price and was wondering if anyone has any opinion on this company. I know the company is based in the UK, but haven't seen or heard any for myself. Any thoughts?
I bought 5.1 set for my nephew and they sound "way freakin' awesome!", according to him! Nice response and displays great detail with music, the weak area is the bass. It seems to run out of steam on very loud staccato passages, specially in home theater. But it sounds really well in a smallish room. Have you any plans on auditioning this system? cheers
Actually, I am looking for a center channel and sub to round out my current system with the eye to eventually get the fronts and surrounds to match later on. I would audition the Celestions if I could find them locally. So far, I can only find them online (i.e. - BestBuy). I was just wondering if they were even worth looking into. Sounds like they are.
