I played the DVD gladiator - which is suppose to be DTS-ES and all my receiver says is Pro-Logic IIx. ALso every channel on from satellite - all my receiver showed was Pro-Logic IIx. I am doing something wrong? The only time it changed was when i had my x-box hooked to it - it showed Dolby Ex. someone please help me?
What DVD player are you using? Did you configure the DVD player to output Dolby Digital and DTS? Check your manual on how to set up your dvd player. Is the dvd player capable of DTS and DD? HAve you checked your manual?
