Hi - please forgive me if I have posted this on the wrong message board.
I have just changed my TV from a Panasonic to a Sharp and now I can't get my Lifestyle remote to work properly. Surround sound won't work (sound is only coming out of the center speaker). I know I need to program my Lifestyle remote to control my new TV. I can't get the settings menu to appear on the TV. I can see the menu on my Bose system, but I can only get as far as 'remote control setup' on the menu. When I press enter on this option, it says 'see tv' and I cannot finish the programming process. Can anyone help?
This is the first problem I've had with the system and I was surprised that Bose do not have a 24 hour 7 days a week technical support line....
