I have a single disc DVD player, the Panasonic DVD-RV31. It's a GREAT low-end DVD player. I have it connected via digital optical to a receiver. My problem is that the MP3 capability seems to half-work. The songs play, but there's a lot of skipping, as if the CD were scratched - which it's not. Are there any particulars about the type of dics, or the recording speed or any other factors that I should be considering. In the mean time, I'm totally wasting my CD-R media.
