rico Unregistered guest | I am thinking of buying an Onkyo 601 but I am not sure what kind of tower speakers to buy to go with it. Initially I will be using it for stereo only but I would like to add surround in time. I was thinking of the Mission M35's. Is that a good match?? |

New member Username: EdisonPost Number: 231 Registered: 12-2003 | Onkyo 800 is probably better - for about the same money, you can get a refurb if you don't mind at www.ecost.com Search for "onkyo" and you will see many models. The 800 won the receiver of the year award at a hifi magazine for under 1k. Sounds smooth and rich to me. The mission is nice to - should sound sweet together. |
