i need advise please. I have a new sony amp in 8ohms and 100watts per channel. I also have an old 5.1 set of speakers in 3ohms and 30watts per speaker. Is there any way to use them with my new amp directly or connected in series (2 or more of them per channel) in order to buy less new speakers. Please help me. I know that the best solution is to buy a new set of speakers but as soon as i have the money , can i do anything with what i have ?
