I thought I read here that it was. Its launched already in Europe. If the street price is around $700 or less I might have to wait buying something else.
I will repeat what I posted a couple of weeks ago since you probably didn't see it. I spoke with the Marantz rep for my area about 6-7 weeks ago and he said the 5400ose was coming to the USA, but not until the spring. I did not get a reason for the delay. Of course, they may change their minds, but that was the info as of 6-7 weeks ago.
