I bought this last autumn in NY. Ive been all happy about. but last time i tried to upload new music to it - it went all crazy. Ive tried to format and update the firmware without any changes. Now it says its only got 64mb(instead of the 128mb its born with) and the players display is gone! any ideas?

Find your warranty papers anad get a new one, or go back use an mp3-cd player
