I recently took a Realistic Modulaire 560 CD/cassette/phono/tuner shelf unit out of storage. I doubt the turntable has been used in a decade. There is an electrical switch that toggles between 33 and 45 rpm. When it's set to 33, the turntable spins at about 45 rpm, and when set to 45 rpm it spins even faster. Nowhere on the product does it mention a 78 rpm setting. Any ideas on how to slow it down to 33 rpm so I don't have to listen to the Chipmunks Go Punk on every record I own? Thanks...

I do not know that model, but I think the problem is more likely to be mechanical than electrical. There will be a variable wheel-sized belt drive somewhere under the turntable, and it cannot engage "bottom gear". A silicon-oil lubricant ("WD40") applied sparingly to the gear-change mechanism might do it. If it really is electrical, my suggestion is probably no good. But then it should be the same as when you put it away in storage. If it is not belt drive, I am also wrong, probably.
