Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue with my digital music system; and I am hoping for some advice. I am using a Sonos Port as the main music streamer, connected to several Sonos One SL speakers across different rooms in my house. The system generally works well; but when I stream high-resolution music files like FLAC, I experience random audio dropouts.

My connection is stableâ€"I am using Wi-Fi throughout the house with a Netgear Orbi mesh network. However; the playback stops randomly for a few seconds and then resumes on its own. I have tried restarting my network and the Sonos system; but the issue exist .

Has anyone else faced similar problems with high-res audio on Sonos Port? Could this be a bandwidth issue; network congestion / something related to file format compatibility?
I have checked https://www.ecoustics.com/electronics/forum/home-audio/16.htmlpowerapps documentation but still need help .

I am looking for any troubleshooting tips / solutions to stop these dropouts.

Thanks in advance for your help!
