I have some ca 1998 Dynaudio Contour 1.8 MK II loudspeakers that a stepson blew the tweeters (collapsed cones). They are stunning and I always loved their sound and may wish to sell anyway.
Any thoughts suggestions on what to do? My local Denver audio shop (ListenUp) hasn't yet been too helpful and I'm wondering if they can be ordered somewhere online? 1.1" ESO-TEC according to an article in FiDelity.
Or, does someone actual have parts from older speakers? Like with a salvage yard for cars?
