Heard the M5 last week. It's very accurate. Extremely high resolution. Uncolored. But it seems a bit cold. No subwoofer was used during the audition. Want to hear more opinion from more people.

Both the M5 and the M6 are superb speakers, but I am surprised to hear that you think they sound "cold." I have heard them several times and they are among the best I have heard for under $1K/pair. I don't dispute your charecterization, but I would suggest that is the charecter of the electronics used to drive them, and not the speakers themselves. Do you know what amp was used in the demonstration?
