Denon 1803 receiver video switching

Does anybody know if you lose any quality by running component video into the Denon receiver and out through the receiver? I would like to use video switching, so I can run my Denon DVD player & PS2 into my receiver and just have one component out to the projector. Thanks

KEGGER Silver Member Username: Kegger MICHIGAN Post Number: 899 Registered: Dec-03	Posted on Monday, July 26, 2004 - 18:47 GMT 2 sets component video inputs(27MHz), compatible with progressive DVD, DTV • 5 sets composite and "S" video inputs . my guess with those specs you will probably see a degration in dvd signal and definately hdtv. but like landroval siad you could try it see if you see a loss in picture quality.
