Cambridge Azur 640c vs NAD C542

I was going for the Nad until I found out the Cambridge has a Wolfson WM8740 24-bit/192kHz DAC, im wondering which player is better, I know the Nad has a 24 bit D/A but is it 192?

also is Wolfson better than Burr-Brown ?
