All of the MP3 jukeboxes seem to be portable ones. I am looking for a system with a CD player that would allow me to burn my 100+ CDs directly into a MP3 jukebox. Any suggestions?

There are players that have hard drives in them. I just saw an ad for a Marantz model ($3,000...ouch!) in GQ. You may want to look at cnet and see what is available. They are a good source for mp3 hardware. As much as I dislike the format, it is growing. I imagine that you will see more and more players with hard drives in the future.
I can see all of the future debates over the sound quality of hard drives...
