yes i have peach and my oppinion is that it doesn't really matter.
and if your thinking in terms of surround music.
having the three fronts the same or simular/brand or at least timbre is almost a must.
and then your rear speakers should be full range speakers.

would still be true for movies.
while less than full range speaker work fine for movies in the rear.but full range should allways be upfront.

Kegger, thanks. I already have the three fronts of the same brand, and am interested in delving into multichannel music. I am going to upgrade the fronts at some point and thought I would go ahead and buy the rear speakers of the brand I am going to upgrade to. I have polk tower speakers now so it would be ok to buy Paradigm, PSB, etc???
