Picking a class A design to build

Hi, guys.. I'm sure theres a few experienced do it your-selfer sound audio freaks here.. :)

I've been procrastinating for some time now on building a class A (transistor) amp for my self. I was hoping maybe some have you already have.. and could recomend the designs you have found ,tried and/or think are best sounding.. 7-45 watts

If I buy PC boards for the ESP projects, do I still have to connect them using a cable, or is the connection path is already made in the PCB board?

Also, where do you get the audiophile quality parts?

Do a Google search for "glass audio" and click on the archives for "Audio Ameteur". This is one of the most respected construction mags in hifi and they often have reviews of designs that have been built. Also check out Nelson Pass's website, I believe it is www.passdiy.com. Pass has had a long and storied history in audio and has been a major proponent of class A designs.
