I've recently purchased an early 70s Marantz turntable, coupled with a receiver of same make. It plays most older records perfectly, but when trying to play pressings from the 90s to now, the volume is really low, and attempts to turn it up only create a low, feedback from the speakers. Any idea why only my newer records are being affected?
