New member Username: PapamonMinnesota Post Number: 1 Registered: Feb-10 | just recently aquired a sl210 and when hooked up - can't get much volume from the turntable. have receiver volume way up just to hear low volume sound. some one said something about impedence? also don't have phono listed on rear of receiver so am using aux slot with RCA plugs.... anyone? |

Gold Member Username: Stu_pittIrvington, New York USA Post Number: 3682 Registered: May-05 | You need a phono pre-amp. They can be found at a big range of prices. Do a Google search. Impedence has nothing to do with it; the output voltage from a cartridge has to be boosted and EQ'ed. |
