Would you please let me know if this receiver with this config is worth it?

I am planning to go in for the following config for my home theatre. Would you please tell me if it is worth it? All models are from Kenwood. They are: Surround Receiver - KRF-V5560D Speaker Set ( LRCS) - KS-706HT Subwoofer - SW-06HT The price I am paying for all is US$777. Please let me know if I should go in for it even if the price is good. My stress is on quality. So what do you feel? Thanks, awaiting your reply, Sundeep

This bloke who's selling it off hasn't touched it. What do you think? I used to own a dismal Pioneer HTZ 77DV. What do you say? Is the price good for a brand new one?
