For bridging speakers and Pc.For connecting speakers and a pc to each other,there should be a receiver/amplifier in between I think.

I use an integrated amp from my computer in the office. You can use the line out from you soundcard to a RCA splitter then feeding it to the AUX input of receiver or amp. An even better idea is to bypass the soundcard completely and use one of the many cheap USB DACs (digital to analog converter) out there.

Some of the newer sound cards have optical Toslink output that you can connect to your receiver.

David,what if there is no Aux on the receiver?

You can also use a mini-RCA to RCA Conversion lug out of your line out of your sound card. Make sure it is a stereo plug, they look like this;
